I had to go through 3 of the things through their warranty process, even after the third time when it went out of the warranty period. It happened with my Razor onza TE controller. They might be nice enough to help you out regardless. You should write an email letting them know that its out of warranty and its sudden issues, and inquire if anything could be done (I had to explain to them at the time that it was tough for me financially to replace the controller which was true). Not too sure about the mouse itself, but as someone who's used Razor products in the past, I find their warranty service to be pretty good.
